Exhaust system suitable for Audi RS3 8V facelift - freeing the DAZA voice
The facelifted RS3 8V with the DAZA or DNWA engine sounds noticeably filtered from the factory. The GRAIL valved exhausts - available for the RS3 8V Sportback and the RS3 8V saloon - give the 2.5 TFSI its five-cylinder character back: ECE approved, no registration entry under German law, with two valves in series.
Why two valves in series?
The double valve section makes the gap between quiet and loud especially wide: unobtrusive in everyday mode, full five-cylinder once the valves open - controlled by your RS3's drive modes. The complete system programme is in the GRAIL brand collection.
Installation in Essen - predictable with a 50% deposit
We fit in our own workshop in Essen; you pay the balance only after installation. Many RS3 drivers combine the journey - from Cologne, Hamburg or Stuttgart - with collecting the car the same day.

Does the GRAIL system need a registration entry on the RS3 8V facelift?
No. The ECE type approval covers the system – no entry needed, as long as the engine and the rest of the exhaust are standard.
Does the system fit both DAZA and DNWA?
Yes, both engine codes of the 8V facelift are covered - on request we check which applies using your chassis number.
How much does the sound change compared with standard?
Considerably: with the valves open the five-cylinder is much more present, while closed it stays fine for everyday use and long trips.
Can I order the system and the fitting together?
