Shipping

How long does shipping take?

FLOW DOWN® items: Delivery time is 1–3 business days.

Other products & custom orders: Delivery times may vary – you can find the exact details in the product description.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping.
Please note that Body Parts from Maxton Design unfortunately cannot be shipped abroad.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package at any time.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If the tracking is not immediately available, don’t worry – just check again later.

Do you ship to parcel lockers?

Yes, we ship with DHL to Packstations in Germany.

Make sure to correctly provide your post number and the Packstation number in the delivery address.

What certification do your products have?

We sell products with material certificates, component certificates, ABE, TTG, and ECE approval. You can find the type of approval a component has in the respective product description.

Yes! You can book the installation service either directly under the product or in the category Services.

If the installation option is missing for a product, feel free to contact our support! We will assist you.

Do you also install tuning parts that customers bring themselves?

Yes, we also install tuning parts brought in by customers themselves.

Please note that in this case, we cannot provide a warranty on the parts themselves. Contact us in advance to discuss the details.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days. Please include the return form in the package.
