Want to install RGB footwell lighting in your vehicle – neatly integrated, with no visible cables and full app control? At FLOW DOWN® in Essen, we handle the professional installation in our workshop. The LED modules are discreetly integrated into the footwell, the wiring is neatly concealed – the result looks like it came from the factory.

You can then control 16.7 million colors, brightness, and lighting modes via the smartphone app. The lighting connects automatically to your smartphone when you get in – no manual pairing is necessary.

Where can I have RGB footwell lighting professionally installed?

At FLOW DOWN® in Essen. The installation takes place directly in our workshop at Hermann-Drescher-Weg 6E, 45329 Essen. We are quickly accessible from the entire Ruhr area.

Are cables or LED strips visible after installation?

No. We ensure during installation that all cables are hidden behind panels. The LED modules themselves are also positioned so that they only emit light but are not visible.

How is the footwell lighting controlled?

Via a smartphone app for iOS and Android. You can choose from 16.7 million colors, adjust brightness and light modes (standard, music sync, color gradient, etc.), and save your favorite settings.

Does the lighting connect automatically to the phone?

Yes. When you get in, the system automatically pairs with your smartphone – no manual connection is needed. The last selected settings are applied immediately.

How long does the installation take?

Depending on the vehicle and scope, about 1.5 to 3 hours. We will clarify the exact timeframe for your model when scheduling the appointment.

Does the lighting work with the parking blower or does it turn off after shutting down?

The lighting is connected directly to the 12V onboard electrical system and turns on with the ignition. It stays off when parked, so the vehicle battery is not drained.

Is the RGB footwell lighting allowed for road traffic?

Interior lighting does not require registration.

Can I combine the lighting with other workshop services?

Yes. Many customers have the footwell lighting installed together with wraps, carbon interior covers, or other tuning work with us. Just talk to us about it – we plan everything in one appointment.
