Clubsport Set - For VW Golf 5 / GTI

The Stern Performance Parts Clubsport Set replaces the rear seat with 2 struts with a net.

This is particularly suitable for motorsport enthusiasts who want to upgrade their back seat for the racetrack.
The resulting weight savings improves performance and gives the vehicle a sporty OEM look.

The V2 set is a completely newly developed system from Stern Performance Parts that the motorsport world has never seen before. It consists of a combination of 2 struts and a net and transforms your car into a real eye-catcher.

installation instructions
The Clubsport complete set is plug & play and can be installed within a few minutes using the included parts.
The upper strut is placed on top of the seat holder and secured with a counter plate, a screw, nut and washer and holds rock solid.

The lower strut is split in two and the original brackets are pulled out of the back seat and inserted into our strut insert and mounted. The whole thing is really very simple and can be done even with minimal manual skills. Finally, the metal holder is put back on.

The net is stretched between the two struts. The net is attached to the strut at the top using screws and a long loop is placed around the strut at the bottom and then pulled through a regulator at the bottom, which allows the net to be pulled evenly tight.

configurations
The strut is made of either aluminum or, for an additional charge, carbon. You can choose the color of the aluminum strut, or have it powder-coated in other RAL colors. The net is made of high-quality belt material and is available in several colors. We can also work contrasting seams into the net at no extra charge.
