Here you will find the GRAIL 3 inch valved system suitable for BMW M4 F82 / F83 (with or without a particulate filter), the 3.5 inch version without particulate filter and a Milltek sports exhaust. The F82 coupé and F83 convertible use the same mounting.
3 inch or 3.5 inch - which suits your M4?
The 3 inch system is the all-round choice and is also available for cars with a particulate filter. The 3.5 inch version without a filter adds another layer acoustically and can be combined with an equal-length setup. Both carry ECE type approval and need no registration entry under German law. Is the GRAIL system for the M4 F82 available for cars with a particulate filter?
Yes. The 3 inch version is available for cars with and without OPF; the 3.5 inch version is designed for M4s without OPF.
Does the system on the F82 have to be entered in the registration papers?
No - it has ECE type approval and therefore needs no entry in the EU, as long as the engine and exhaust of your M4 are otherwise standard.
What does equal length do for the S55?
Pipes of equal length give the straight-six a more even, cleaner note - a popular combination with the 3.5 inch system.
Does the system also fit the M4 convertible F83?
Yes, the F82 Coupé and F83 Convertible share the same exhaust mounting.
