This collection holds sports exhaust systems suitable for the BMW M3 G80 - centred on the GRAIL valved system suitable for BMW M3 G80 in 3 inch with ECE type approval, plus a system from Milltek Sport. The straight-six gets back the voice you expect from an M3: quiet every day, present once the valves open.
What sets the GRAIL system on the M3 G80 apart
Tailpipes come in 100 mm or 115 mm, in stainless steel or black. Your M3 handles the valve control itself, through the drive modes and the M1/M2 buttons on the wheel. With ECE type approval you drive without a registration entry under German law and no inspection appointment for the system is needed. All GRAIL models are in the GRAIL brand collection.

If you order with fitting, our deposit model protects you: 50% when ordering, the rest only once the system is installed and you have heard it. The work happens in our own workshop in Essen - many customers travel from all over Germany for it, from Cologne to Berlin.
Frequently asked questions about the M3 G80 exhaust
Does the GRAIL valved system on the M3 G80 need a registration entry?
No. Thanks to ECE type approval the system needs no registration entry in the EU and is ready to drive right after fitting, as long as the engine and exhaust of your M3 are otherwise standard.
Does the M3 G80 system also fit the M3 Touring G81?
No, the Touring has its own version - you will find it in the exhaust systems suitable for BMW M3 Touring G81 collection.
How much louder does the M3 G80 get with the GRAIL system?
The system uses the legal noise headroom fully while staying within it. With the valves closed the M3 remains easy to live with; open, it is distinctly more present than standard.
Does the valve control work through the M buttons?
Yes. The GRAIL system runs on your M3's factory valve control - drive modes and the M1/M2 buttons work exactly as standard.
How long does fitting take on the M3 G80?
In our workshop in Essen usually a few hours - you wait on site and take the M3 home with the system fitted.
