Want to have new tailpipes fitted to your vehicle without having to do any welding yourself? At FLOW DOWN® in Essen, we handle the tailpipe installation in our workshop. The original tailpipes are carefully removed and the new ones are secured with clamps – no welding required, and the installation is reversible at any time.

Our exhaust tips are primarily designed for Hyundai N models (i20 N, i30 N, Kona N) and Kia vehicles. If you bring your own exhaust tips for a different vehicle, we will install them professionally – regardless of the make or model.

Material & Variants

Our tailpipes for Hyundai N and Kia are available in the following versions:

• Stainless steel – durable and corrosion-resistant
• Ceramic coated – heat-resistant and scratch-resistant
• Colors: Black, silver, or bronze

If you bring your own tailpipes for a different vehicle, we will also install them – regardless of make, material or color.

Assembly process

1. Booking the installation – after placing the order, an employee will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment
2. Vehicle delivery to our workshop in Essen on the agreed date
3. Disassembly of the original tailpipes
4. Precise installation of the new tailpipes with clamp fastening
5. Stay in the customer lounge during the approximately 60-minute installation.
6. Vehicle handover with tailpipes fully installed

Assembly time

Installation typically takes about 60 minutes. Depending on the vehicle and the chosen tailpipe option, the duration may vary slightly – we will clarify the specific timeframe when scheduling the appointment.

• Hyundai i30 N and i30 Fastback N (Pre-facelift & Facelift)
• Hyundai Kona N
• Kia ProCeed GT, Ceed GT, XCeed GT, Stinger GT and other Kia models

If you would like to have tailpipes fitted for a different vehicle (e.g. BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Toyota, Ford), bring your own tailpipes – we will fit them just as professionally in our workshop.

Information on admission

The registration requirement depends on the specific tailpipe. Tailpipes with a certificate of conformity can usually be registered, while purely cosmetic tailpipes without any modifications to the exhaust system are often considered unproblematic. We will advise you on the appropriate option before installation.
