Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made from carbon.

In our Carbon Division - a production department that specializes in the processing of carbon - the elements we offer are manufactured, including the headrests for the BMW 1 Series F40 M135i.

The headrests were made in Poland. They were made using thermal pressure treatment. The carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent effect - both in terms of strength and optical properties.

We ship carbon products properly secured - in addition to the normal foil that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Werden die Kopfstützen ersetzt oder nur abgedeckt?

Abgedeckt. Die Carbonschalen legen sich über den oberen Rückenbereich der Sitzlehne, die Sitzstruktur bleibt unverändert.

Passen sie auf jede Sitzausstattung?

Ausgelegt sind sie auf die Sportsitze mit integrierter Kopfstütze. Bei anderer Sitzausstattung schick uns ein Foto vom Sitz, dann prüfen wir das vor der Bestellung.

Ist die Öffnung für den Gurt vorhanden?

Ja, die Aussparung für die Gurtführung ist in der Form vorgesehen und muss nicht nachgearbeitet werden.

Kann beim Einbau etwas an der Sitzelektrik passieren?

Nur bei unsauberem Arbeiten. In modernen Sitzen liegen Kabel für Sitzheizung, Belegungserkennung und teils Airbagkomponenten – alles, was abgesteckt wird, muss danach korrekt sitzen, sonst bleibt eine Fehlermeldung im Kombiinstrument stehen.
