Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made from carbon.

In our Carbon Division - a production department that specializes in the processing of carbon - the elements we offer are manufactured, including the rear diffuser for the BMW 1 Series F40 M-Package/ M135i. The rear diffuser is an aerodynamic component for the front section that covers the lower part of the rear bumper.

The rear diffuser lowers the body both visually and physically. This reduces the air space under the car by 2 centimeters. The diffuser is equipped with mounting holes. These holes allow you to avoid interfering with the structure of the element, which does not reduce its strength.

The rear diffuser was made in Poland. It was produced using thermal printing treatment. The carbon fiber is cured at high temperature and high pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent effect - both in terms of strength and optical properties.

We ship carbon products properly secured - in addition to the normal film that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Brauche ich die V.2 oder die V.1?

Zähl deine Endrohre. Ein Rohr je Seite bedeutet V.2, zwei Rohre je Seite bedeuten V.1. Das Design ist bei beiden gleich, es geht nur um die Ausschnitte.

Passt das Teil bei einer nachgerüsteten Abgasanlage?

Das kommt auf Rohrdurchmesser und Position an. Schick uns ein Foto vom Heck, dann gleichen wir das mit den Ausschnitten ab, bevor du bestellst.

Wird die Serienfläche ersetzt oder überdeckt?

Ersetzt. Das Carbonteil kommt an ihre Stelle, es wird nicht darüber gesetzt.

Was passiert, wenn das Endrohr zu dicht an der Carbonkante steht?

Dann reibt es dort dauerhaft, und bei Carbon geht das direkt in den Klarlack. Wir prüfen die Position vor dem Festziehen und richten die Abgasanlage bei Bedarf nach.
