Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made from carbon.

In our Carbon Division - a production department specializing in the processing of carbon - the elements we offer are manufactured, including the rear side splitters for the BMW 1 Series F40 M-Package/ M135i. Rear spoilers are aerodynamic elements of the vehicle sides that cover the lower part of the rear bumper of the vehicle.

Rear side splitters lower the body both visually and physically. This reduces the air space under the car by 2 centimeters. The splitters are provided with mounting holes. These holes allow you to avoid interfering with the structure of the element, which does not affect its strength.

The rear side splitters were made in Poland. They were produced using thermal printing treatment. The carbon fiber is cured at high temperature and high pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent effect - both in terms of strength and optical properties.

We ship carbon products properly secured - in addition to the normal foil that protects the component from scratches, we use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Passen die Carbon Heckflaps an die Serienheckschürze?

Nein. Sie brauchen einen der Carbon-Heckdiffusoren als Anlagefläche.

Brauche ich unterschiedliche Flaps für Diffusor V.1 und V.2?

Nein, die Flaps sind bei beiden dieselben. Der Unterschied zwischen V.1 und V.2 betrifft nur die Endrohrausschnitte des Diffusors.

Kann ich sie später nachrüsten?

Ja. Sinnvoller ist es, beides in einem Termin zu montieren, weil sich der Diffusor dann noch für einen fugenfreien Übergang ausrichten lässt.

Ist eine Eintragung nötig?

Ja. Es liegt ein Teilegutachten vor, der Anbau ist nach § 21 StVZO abzunehmen und einzutragen.
