Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made from carbon.
The elements we offer are manufactured in our Carbon Division - a production branch specializing in the processing of carbon. This also includes the tailgate spoiler for the BMW 1 Series F40. The tailgate spoiler is the aerodynamic component of the rear of the vehicle, which is located in the upper area of ​​the tailgate.

The tailgate spoiler influences the airflow around the body. It directs the airflow in the rear area of ​​the vehicle and visually underlines the racing character. The tailgate spoiler is mounted using a very strong 3M adhesive tape and an activator. This method of mounting allows you not to affect the structure of the element, which does not reduce its durability.
The rear spoiler is made in Poland. It is produced using thermal printing technology. The carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent effect - both in terms of durability and appearance.
We ship carbon products well secured - in addition to the normal foil that protects the component from scratches, we use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

In den beiden seitlichen Öffnungen der Frontschürze, dort wo ab Werk große schwarze Kunststoffflächen stehen.
Nein. Die Basisschürze hat andere Lufteinlässe. Ausgelegt sind die Teile auf die Ausführung mit M Paket und auf den M135i.
Nein. Die Teile kommen als Sichtcarbon mit Klarlack und sind fertig zum Anbau.
Die Einfügungen ersetzen die dortige Serienoptik. Wichtig ist beim Einbau, dass hinter dem Teil nichts an einer Leitung anliegt – das prüfen wir nach dem Einsetzen.
