Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made from carbon.

In our Carbon Division - a production department that specializes in the processing of carbon - the elements we offer are manufactured, including the Strut Bar Cover for the BMW 1 Series F40 M135i.

The strut brace cover was made in Poland. They were produced by thermal pressure treatment. The carbon fiber is cured at high temperature and high pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent effect - both in terms of strength and optical properties.

We ship carbon products properly secured - in addition to the normal foil that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Nein. Sie legt sich über die serienmäßige Strebe, technisch ändert sich am Fahrzeug nichts.

Hält Carbon die Wärme im Motorraum aus?

Ja. Die Teile werden im Autoklav unter Druck und Temperatur ausgehärtet und sind entsprechend formstabil gegenüber den Wärmezyklen im Motorraum.

Worauf muss man beim Einbau achten?

Dass das Teil nirgends an einer Leitung oder einem Kabelbaum anliegt. Alles, was dauerhaft Kontakt hat, scheuert mit jeder Motorbewegung. Wir kontrollieren die Freigänge vor der Abgabe.
