Description

The FLOW DOWN® magnetic license plate holder designed for the Hyundai i30 N Facelift makes the front area visibly cleaner and allows the license plate to be removed at any time. No more screw mounts – once installed, the license plate can be removed in seconds for track days, photoshoots, or car meets.

Currently the only magnetic holders on the market specifically developed for the i30 N Facelift. The magnets are precisely matched to the shape of the i30 N Facelift's grille and are the same color as the original grill – when removed, the holders are almost invisible.

High-performance neodymium magnets, tested up to 300 km/h and practically tested on the Nürburgring Nordschleife with racing driver Loris Scheider. Magnets and manufacturing made in Germany.

Material

High-performance neodymium magnets in a robust plastic housing. Shape and color are precisely matched to the kidney grille of the i30 N Facelift. Weather-resistant and temperature-stable.

Usage

At the front, the magnets are precisely screwed directly into the factory mounting points in the grill of the i30 N Facelift. At the rear, the original screw points do not fit the holder – here, the supplied screws must be used, which are additionally screwed into the plastic beneath the holes.

Important: All supplied screws must be used during assembly to ensure full holding power. Then, the magnetic plates are glued to the license plate – done. Simply attach the license plate and remove it again if needed.

Note: These holders fit exclusively the Facelift. For the Hyundai i30 N Pre-Facelift (PD, model years 2017–2020), there is a separate, model-specific FLOW DOWN® magnetic license plate holder suitable for Hyundai i30 N VFL with adapted mounting.

Suitable for the following license plates

Suitable for German metal license plates and 3D license plates. Also fits all common EU license plates (including Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Poland) as well as license plates from the UK, USA, and Canada.

Scope of delivery

• 2x magnets for the vehicle (precisely fitting the i30 N Facelift grille)
• Magnet plates for the license plate (with pre-mounted 3M-adhesive tape)
• Screws (all supplied screws must be used during installation)
• Stickers to cover the screw heads
• Technical product data sheet

Note: One set contains holders for one license plate. Two sets are required for front and rear.

Notes on approval

The magnetic license plate holder is registration-free. Material and practical tests are documented, and compliance with §12 FZV when used properly is recorded in the enclosed technical product data sheet.
