The perfect suspension setup for significantly more driving dynamics
If you have already made the first performance modifications to your sporty road car, it is easy to take these into account in the damper set-up with the KW V3. The patented KW valve technology for the separate tuning of the rebound and compression damping allows you to individually adapt the vehicle-specific basic tuning of KW. For example, the KW bottom valve, which can be adjusted in twelve clicks in the low-speed range of the compression damping, gives you the freedom to take even the tire characteristics of your high- and ultra-high-performance road tires into account when tuning the chassis.
Thanks to the patented compression damping adjustment at the lower end of the piston end of the stainless steel housing, you didn't even need any tools to do this. The adjustable compression damping with its twelve exact clicks allows you to influence body roll and roll movements by hand without having to change the rebound damping that optimally matches the spring rate.
With the individually adjustable rebound adjustment of the KW V3, you can directly influence handling and comfort through the exact click adjustment. Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers at the upper end of the piston rod are tuned via an integrated adjustment wheel or the slip-on adjustment wheel included in the scope of delivery.
By increasing the tractive force via the adjustment wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. As a result, your car drives more directionally and you have even more stability at increased cornering speeds. For example, if you switch from the approved wheel/tire combinations of your car manufacturer to larger rims, you can perfectly match the handling of your car and your new alloy wheels with the KW V3.

Due to the filigree workmanship and the use of high-quality components, the KW coilover spring struts made of stainless steel, for example, are 100 percent rust-proof and have an unlimited service life.
As a result, the functionality of the infinitely variable lowering via the dirt-resistant KW trapezoidal thread and the KW polyamide threaded ring is not impaired even after years. Thanks to the individual lowering with its infinitely variable adjustment range, you can also visually emphasise the sportiness of your vehicle.
