Is this the spoiler lip for the boot lid?

No. This part sits on the roof edge above the rear window. The spoiler lip for the tailgate is a separate component - the two can also be combined.

Does the spoiler fit the facelift too?

Yes, the version is documented for the 8Y saloon from 2020 and for the facelift.

Does it fit the RS3 8Y Sportback too?

No. On the Sportback the roof edge merges into the factory roof spoiler, which needs a different part.

Do I have to have the fitting entered in the papers?

We currently have no clear documentation on that. Please contact us before ordering - we will clarify the status with the manufacturer and give you a definitive answer.
