With the facelift, Toyota further refined the GR Yaris technically – more power, an optimized transmission, and more precise tuning. What remained: the acoustic restraint of the OEM exhaust system. This is precisely where the GRAIL valve-controlled exhaust system comes in. The subtle factory sound is transformed into the more assertive, raw three-cylinder sound that the G16E-GTS turbo engine deserves. Powerful in Sport mode, discreet in Cruise mode – the distinctive GRAIL delta between loud and quiet.

Handmade in Germany from L304 stainless steel. Thanks to ECE type approval, no registration is required in all EU vehicles. Ready for immediate use after installation, without TÜV waiting time or registration bureaucracy.

Specifically manufactured for the GR Yaris facelift

This GRAIL exhaust system is designed exclusively for the facelifted Toyota GR Yaris model. Toyota made structural changes to the rear and the exhaust system geometry – therefore, the system is manufactured separately for the pre-facelift (VFL) and facelift (FL) models. Owners of pre-facelift models will find the appropriate system as a separate product in our shop.

Flap control – via the factory Toyota control system

The flaps are controlled via the factory-installed control system of the facelift model. This means you can operate them as usual via the driving modes of your GR Yaris.

• Sport mode: Flaps open fully, full GRAIL sound
• Comfort mode: flaps closed, ECE-compliant and discreet

No additional remote control, no control element in the interior, no modification to the wiring harness.

Tailpipes – 2x 115 mm, left and right

A significant improvement over the OEM tailpipes: two prominent 115 mm tailpipes, one on each side. This gives the rear of your GR Yaris a striking aftermarket look. Two classic colors are available:

• Brushed stainless steel: Sporty and elegant, high-quality rear design.
• Black: Aggressive yet subtle – it matches the black package and dark rims.

Material & workmanship

Completely made of LMade of 304 stainless steel, with CNC-precision machined components. The silencers are specially tuned in the GRAIL sound lab to the revised powertrain of the facelifted GR Yaris. Flow-optimized pipe routing ensures minimal back pressure, and the solid stainless steel flaps switch precisely – reliably even after years of use.

Swiss suitability assessment

Upon request, you can receive a Swiss suitability assessment for the GRAIL system for an additional fee. If interested, simply contact support.

Registration-free thanks to ECE type approval – applies to all EU vehicles with standard registration. For imported vehicles with a different operating permit, please check registration requirements before ordering. The ECE type approval certificate should be kept in the vehicle's glove compartment.
