Carbon fiber center console trim suitable for the Audi A3, SThe 3 and RS3 8Y covers are glued directly over the standard component in the center console area. The gluing is done with a pre-assembled 3M-Adhesive tape – no need to disassemble the original part.

The cover is made of genuine woven carbon fiber using a pre-preg process and cured in an autoclave. Precise 3D scans of the original component ensure a 100% perfect fit and a clean, flush finish with all contours.

Material

Genuine woven carbon fiber manufactured using the pre-preg process and cured in an autoclave. Clear glossy lacquer finish, dimensionally stable and resistant to UV radiation and temperature fluctuations in the vehicle interior.

The cover is glued directly over the original center console component. The gluing is done using the pre-assembled 3M-Adhesive tape – the serial part does not need to be disassembled. Clean and degrease the adhesive surface before installation.

Optionally, installation is also possible at FLOW DOWN® in Essen.

Does the carbon centre console cover fit every Audi A3 8Y?

Yes, the cover fits the Audi A3, S3 and RS3 of the 8Y series. It is bonded directly over the original centre console component.

What material is the cover made of?

Does the centre console cover have to be entered in the papers?

No. It is a purely interior part that affects neither the safety nor the registration of the car and therefore needs no registration entry.

Is the original part replaced or covered over?

How is the cover fitted?

3M tape is already fitted on the back. Clean and degrease the bonding surface on the original part thoroughly before fitting, then place the cover precisely and press it on.

Is the cover also available in forged carbon?

Yes, on request the component is also available in forged carbon with its typical marbled fibre structure. Just contact support if you are interested.
