Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon fiber is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made from carbon fiber.

In our Carbon Department, a production area specialized in working with carbon fiber, the elements we offer are manufactured, including the rear side splitters for the Audi RS3 Sedan 8Y. Rear side splitters are aerodynamic elements of the side parts of the vehicle that cover the lower part of the rear bumper of the car.

Rear side splitters lower the body both visually and physically. This reduces the airflow space under the car by 2 centimeters. Splitters are equipped with mounting holes. These holes allow not to spoil the structure of the element, which does not reduce its strength.

Rear side splitters were made in Poland. They were made by thermal pressure treatment. Carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent result - both in terms of strength and optical properties.

We ship carbon fiber products properly secured - in addition to the regular film that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protects the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Nein, diese Ausführung ist auf die Heckstoßstange der Limousine ausgelegt. Der Sportback hat hinten eine andere Form. Schreib uns kurz, dann suchen wir dir das passende Teil heraus.
Die Flaps sitzen an den seitlichen Ecken der Heckstoßstange und sind kein Bestandteil eines Heckansatzes. Wenn bei dir schon ein Ansatz verbaut ist, schick uns ein Foto – dann prüfen wir, ob die Kombination von den Befestigungspunkten und optisch aufgeht.
Sichtcarbon. Das Gewebe liegt sichtbar unter der Deckschicht, gehärtet im Autoklav. Es ist kein bedrucktes Dekor und keine Folie.
Ja. Für dieses Teil liegt ein Teilegutachten vor, keine ABE und keine TTG. Nach dem Anbau brauchst du eine Abnahme bei TÜV oder DEKRA und die Eintragung in die Papiere.
