Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon fiber is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made from carbon fiber.

The elements we offer are manufactured in our Carbon Division - a production department that specializes in the processing of carbon fiber. This includes the rear diffuser for the BMW M2 G87. The rear diffuser is an aerodynamic component that covers the lower part of the rear bumper.

The rear diffuser lowers the body both visually and physically. This reduces the airflow space under the car by 2 centimeters. The diffuser is equipped with mounting holes. These holes allow not to interfere with the structure of the element, which does not reduce its strength.

The rear diffuser was made in Poland. It was manufactured using a thermal printing process. Carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon fiber production, which guarantees excellent results - both in terms of strength and optical properties.

We ship carbon fiber products properly secured - in addition to the regular film that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Rund zwei Zentimeter. Im Alltag heißt das: Rampen und hohe Bordsteine schräg und langsam anfahren. Mit Anhängerbetrieb oder voll beladenem Kofferraum wird es entsprechend enger.
Nein. Die Befestigungsaufnahmen sind ab Werk gesetzt. Nachträgliches Bohren würde die Fasern durchtrennen und das Laminat genau an der Lastaufnahme schwächen.
Nur die Carbon-Heckflaps aus derselben Reihe. Die ABS-Flaps V.1 bis V.6 sind auf die Kunststoff-Heckansätze abgestimmt und passen hier nicht.
Ja. Für dieses Teil liegt ein Teilegutachten vor, der Anbau muss nach § 21 StVZO abgenommen und eingetragen werden.
Die Zeichnung ist durch das Prepreg-Verfahren sehr gleichmäßig, minimale Unterschiede im Faserverlauf sind bei Sichtcarbon aber normal und kein Mangel.
