Für diese Fahrzeuge ist die Ansaugung ohne Eintragung legal nutzbar; die TTG-Dokumente werden im Fahrzeug mitgeführt. Für Fahrzeuge mit Schaltgetriebe oder ohne OPF passt das Kit ebenfalls, benötigt dann aber eine Einzelabnahme (§21 StVZO) beim Prüfer.
